The official conference languages are Czech, Slovak, and English.
Contributions are welcome in the form of:
- an oral presentation (approximately 20 minutes), or
- a poster.
The choice of active participation in the conference, the specification of the contribution format, and the upload of the title and abstract can be made via the online registration system during the designated submission period.
Please submit the title and abstract of your contribution in Czech, Slovak, or English, with a maximum length of one page including the title and references.
Registration will open on 1 March 2026. The deadline for submission of contributions is 1 July 2026.
Proceedings and Paper Submission
The conference proceedings will be published after the conference.
Papers related to contributions presented at the conference may be submitted in Czech, Slovak, or English, in Word or LaTeX format.
When preparing the paper, authors are requested to use the appropriate official template selected from those available for download here:
The length of the paper is:
- a maximum of 6 pages (an even number of pages is preferred) for a contributed talk,
- up to 10 pages for a keynote lecture.
Authors are required to submit the source file together with the PDF version of the paper. If the paper contains figures, the original source files of the figures must also be submitted.
The deadline for paper submission will be announced at the conference.
