Cie\u013eom je poskytn\u00fa\u0165 lek\u00e1rom podporn\u00e9, diagnosticky relevantn\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie.Zameriame sa na modern\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy k umelej inteligencii, ako aj na v\u00fdzvy, ktor\u00e9 prin\u00e1\u0161a s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd v\u00fdskum. Medzi najaktu\u00e1lnej\u0161ie v\u00fdzvy patr\u00ed integr\u00e1cia obrazov\u00fdch d\u00e1t s klinick\u00fdmi tabu\u013ekov\u00fdmi \u00fadajmi, problematika slabo anotovan\u00fdch d\u00e1t a generovanie syntetick\u00fdch obrazov\u00fdch d\u00e1t vhodn\u00fdch na tr\u00e9novanie hlbok\u00fdch neur\u00f3nov\u00fdch siet\u00ed. V nasleduj\u00facej \u010dasti sa zameriame na pr\u00edklady projektov z oblasti po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9ho videnia v histol\u00f3gii a&nbsp;r\u00e1diol\u00f3gii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Medical Image Processing Using AI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With the advent of deep learning, the use of deep learning methods for processing medical imaging data has been intensively investigated in automated image analysis. In this lecture, selected medical imaging modalities will be presented along with typical processing tasks. The goal is to provide physicians with supportive, diagnostically relevant information. We will focus on modern approaches to artificial intelligence as well as the challenges posed by current research. Key challenges include integrating imaging data with clinical tabular data, dealing with weakly annotated datasets, and generating synthetic image data suitable for training deep neural networks. In the next section, we will present examples of projects in the field of computer vision applied to histology and radiology.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>prof. Ing.
