And yes, a reasonable amount of intelligence, <\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/terrytao.wordpress.com\/career-advice\/be-patient\/\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">patience<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">, and <\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/terrytao.wordpress.com\/career-advice\/be-professional-in-your-work\/\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">maturity<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> is also required. But one does not need some sort of magic \u201cgenius gene\u201d that spontaneously generates <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><em>ex nihilo<\/em><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"> deep insights, unexpected solutions to problems, or other supernatural abilities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial Unicode MS', sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Terence Tao<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><a href=\"#sdfootnote1sym\" name=\"sdfootnote1anc\"><\/a><sup>1<\/sup><\/span><\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>1. Popis projektu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.1. V\u00fdchoz\u00ed situace<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b pozorujeme v\u0161eobecn\u00fd pokles z\u00e1jmu o dosa\u017een\u00ed kvalitn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f ve studiu matematiky ze strany student\u016f na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch v\u00a0obou regionech. Zna\u010dn\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st sou\u010dasn\u00e9 generace st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00fdch student\u016f pova\u017euje matematiku za velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159edm\u011bt, sna\u017e\u00ed se vyrovnat se s\u00a0n\u00e1roky na jej\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed s\u00a0vynalo\u017een\u00edm minim\u00e1ln\u00edho \u00fasil\u00ed. P\u0159i mo\u017enosti volby n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti prov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bdomost\u00ed v\u00a0matematice si vol\u00ed pokud mo\u017eno nejm\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 varianty zkou\u0161ky. To m\u00e1 mimo jin\u00e9 za n\u00e1sledek pokles \u00farovn\u011b \u201ev\u0161eobecn\u00e9 matematick\u00e9 gramotnosti\u201c, nez\u00e1jem o ty vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 studijn\u00ed obory, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed vstupn\u00ed matematick\u00e9 znalosti a kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed matematiku jako jeden ze z\u00e1kladn\u00edch studijn\u00edch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f. V\u00a0souvislosti se v\u0161eobecn\u00fdm poklesem po\u010dtu p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00edku popula\u010dn\u00edch ro\u010dn\u00edk\u016f v\u00a0d\u016fsledku demografick\u00e9 deprese pak doch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0tomu, \u017ee na tyto obory, kter\u00e9 nepat\u0159\u00ed z\u00a0uveden\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f mezi obory atraktivn\u00ed, p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed studenti s\u00a0velmi n\u00edzkou \u00farovn\u00ed matematick\u00fdch znalost\u00ed i dovednost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Tomu je nutn\u00e9 \u010delit hled\u00e1n\u00edm nov\u00fdch zp\u016fsob\u016f pozitivn\u00ed motivace ke studiu matematiky, nov\u00fdch metod v\u00fduky matematiky, nov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f k prov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed jej\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch a tak\u00e9 diskus\u00ed o zp\u016fsobech p\u00e9\u010de o studenty, nadan\u00e9 na matematiku. Chcemehledat nov\u00e9 cesty, v\u010detn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f ve v\u00fduce matematiky.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Proto navrhujeme realizovat tento projekt, zalo\u017een\u00fd na vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci na\u0161ich univerzit, kter\u00fd bude p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkem k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tohoto probl\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>1. 2. C\u00edle projektu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>Hlavn\u00ed c\u00edle projektu<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Zalo\u017eit a rozvinout vztahy mezi u\u010diteli matematiky na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch v\u00a0Jiho\u010desk\u00e9m kraji a Horn\u00edm Rakousku<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">, <\/span>za\u0161t\u00edt\u011bn\u00e9 USB a JKU.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Povzbudit u\u010ditele matematiky v\u00a0Jiho\u010desk\u00e9m kraji a v\u00a0Horn\u00edm Rakousku, aby ve spole\u010dn\u00e9 diskusi, moderovan\u00e9 USB a JKU<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">,<\/span> hledali cesty ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed z\u00e1jmu st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00fdch student\u016f o matematiku.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Do diskuse zapojit studenty u\u010ditelstv\u00ed matematiky na obou univerzit\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Pos\u00edlit roli po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed ve v\u00fduce matematiky a prolomit ned\u016fv\u011bru u\u010ditel\u016f k\u00a0u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f jako n\u00e1stroj\u016f lep\u0161\u00edho porozum\u011bn\u00ed matematice.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>Specifick\u00e9 c\u00edle projektu<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed stavuv\u00fdukymatematiky astavu z\u00e1jmu student\u016f o matematiku na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch v\u00a0obou regionech(Jiho\u010desk\u00fd kraj, Horn\u00ed Rakousko), zalo\u017een\u00e9 na aktu\u00e1ln\u011b existuj\u00edc\u00edch \u00fadaj\u00edch a na vlastn\u00edm pr\u016fzkumu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Hled\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch cest ve v\u00fduce matematiky, vezp\u016fsobu prov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed jej\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f a v\u00a0p\u00e9\u010di o nadan\u00e9 studenty.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Vytvo\u0159en\u00ed strategie zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1jmu student\u016f o matematiku.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Pos\u00edlen\u00edrole experiment\u016f ve v\u00fduce a ve studiu matematiky, zejm\u00e9na t\u011bch, ve kter\u00fdch jsou po\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 technologie.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Zapojen\u00ed existuj\u00edc\u00edch skupin u\u010ditel\u016f v\u00a0obou regionech do projektov\u00fdch aktivit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00fdch projekt\u016f, spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch v hled\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch metod a jejich ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed ve v\u00fduce na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch v\u00a0obou regionech.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Realizace projekt\u016f student\u016f z\u00a0obou univerzit, t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se zejm\u00e9na vyu\u017eit\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed ve v\u00fduce matematiky.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Organizov\u00e1n\u00ed workshop\u016f, na kter\u00fdch bude prob\u00edhat diskuse st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f z\u00a0obou zem\u00ed nad st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmi metodami a obsahem v\u00fduky.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed skupin student\u016f st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol ve v\u011bku 15 \u2013 19 let, zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na efektivnost n\u00e1stroj\u016f, pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch v\u00a0projektu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">P\u0159enos v\u00fdsledk\u016f pr\u00e1ce projektov\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu sm\u011brem k odborn\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm semin\u00e1\u0159\u016f konan\u00fdch v\u017edy na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u00a0roku 2013 a 2014, na kter\u00e9 budou pozv\u00e1ni z\u00e1stupci st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol ze z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdch region\u016f a prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm voln\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00fdch webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>Projektov\u00e1 v\u00fdchodiska<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Aktivn\u00ed v\u00fdvoj a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed programu GeoGebra na JKU v\u00a0Linci.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Nov\u011b ustaven\u00fd Institut GeoGebra na USB.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Skupiny st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f, organizovan\u00e9 na obou univerzit\u00e1ch, p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 k\u00a0okam\u017eit\u00e9mu zapojen\u00ed do projektu. USB, Pedagogick\u00e1 fakulta, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b JKU, Institut didaktiky matematiky, oslovily v\u00a0r\u00e1mci n\u00e1boru z\u00e1jemc\u016f z\u00a0\u0159ad u\u010ditel\u016f do programu jejich dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161echny st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9m regionu. V\u00fdsledkem jsou skupiny u\u010ditel\u016f kter\u00e9 se aktivit tohoto programu aktivn\u011b z\u00fa\u010dast\u0148uj\u00ed. Tyto skupiny budou z\u00e1kladem pro v\u00fdb\u011br spolupracovn\u00edk\u016f tohoto projektu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>1.3. Aktivity projektu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Vytvo\u0159en\u00ed pracovn\u00edch skupin u\u010ditel\u016f st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol na \u010desk\u00e9 i rakousk\u00e9 stran\u011b:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">po\u010det zapojen\u00fdch \u0161kol: cca 5 \u2013 6 na ka\u017ed\u00e9 stran\u011b, zastoupena gymn\u00e1zia i odborn\u00e9 \u0161koly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u010dinnosti: mapov\u00e1n\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho stavu v\u00fduky matematiky, porovn\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdm\u011bna zku\u0161enost\u00ed, vyhodnocen\u00ed \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed a pr\u016fzkumu, hled\u00e1n\u00ed metod a nov\u00fdch cest pro v\u00fduku matematiky a pro podporu vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch talent\u016f, zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed modern\u00edch technologi\u00ed ve v\u00fduce a tvorba n\u00e1vrh\u016f na jejich zapojen\u00ed do praxe.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Zmapov\u00e1n\u00ed stavu z\u00e1jmu o studium matematiky na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch \u2013 vlastn\u00ed \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed<br \/>\nna vybran\u00fdch st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch na \u010desk\u00e9 i rakousk\u00e9 stran\u011b.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Hled\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch metod ve v\u00fduce matematiky, zejm\u00e9na t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 budou vyu\u017e\u00edvat modern\u00ed technologie a jejich\u017e v\u00fdstupem bude zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1jmu student\u016f o matematiku.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 pilotn\u00ed ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u011b vyvinut\u00fdch opat\u0159en\u00ed a metod pro v\u00fduku matematiky<br \/>\nna zapojen\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Organizov\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00fdch workshop\u016f (3 dvoudenn\u00ed workshopy ro\u010dn\u011b \u2013 2 na \u010desk\u00e9 a 1 na rakousk\u00e9 stran\u011b) za \u00fa\u010dasti rakousk\u00e9 i \u010desk\u00e9 strany (min. 9 v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu realizace projektu).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed 2 jednodenn\u00edch semin\u00e1\u0159\u016f (za\u010d\u00e1tek roku 2013, za\u010d\u00e1tek roku 2014), kter\u00e9 se budou konat zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 na \u010desk\u00e9 a zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 na rakousk\u00e9 stran\u011b, na kter\u00e9 budou pozv\u00e1ni z\u00e1stupci v\u0161ech st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol z\u00a0jednotliv\u00fdch region\u016f a na kter\u00fdch budou \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci projektov\u00fdm t\u00fdmem sezn\u00e1meni s\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00fdmi v\u00fdstupy z\u00a0projektu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed odborn\u00e9 konference na t\u00e9ma projektu, prezentace pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f projekt\u016f (p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dan\u00fd term\u00edn realizace 2014, cca 100 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">Vytvo\u0159en\u00ed speci\u00e1ln\u00edch webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nek pro \u00fa\u010dely projektu, na kter\u00fdch budou v\u00a0\u010de\u0161tin\u011b a v\u00a0n\u011bm\u010din\u011b zve\u0159ej\u0148ov\u00e1ny informace o projektu a d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed i fin\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdstupy pracovn\u00ed skupiny. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1me, \u017ee webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nky budou fungovat i po ukon\u010den\u00ed projektu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>1.4.
