Slo\u017eitost t\u00e9to discipl\u00edny je zp\u016fsobena zejm\u00e9na neviditelnost\u00ed mikroorganism\u016f a absenc\u00ed bezprost\u0159edn\u00edho kontaktu student\u016f s nimi. Praktick\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by umo\u017enila student\u016fm poznat mikroorganismy p\u0159\u00edmo, jsou n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 na vybaven\u00ed a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnosti, co\u017e \u010din\u00ed jejich realizaci pro mnoho \u0161kol obt\u00ed\u017enou. Nav\u00edc u\u010ditel\u00e9 \u010dasto postr\u00e1daj\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 metodick\u00e9 opory a v\u00fdukov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 by usnadnily v\u00fduku tohoto n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9ho t\u00e9matu. P\u0159esto v\u0161ak mikrobiologie nab\u00edz\u00ed jedine\u010dn\u00fd potenci\u00e1l pro integraci p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch v\u011bd, zejm\u00e9na prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm praktick\u00fdch metod, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad Vinogradsk\u00e9ho v\u00e1lec. Tento experiment umo\u017e\u0148uje student\u016fm v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase pozorovat mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed ekosyst\u00e9my a jejich dynamiku, \u010d\u00edm\u017e propojuje biologii, chemii, matematiku a ekologii v ucelen\u00fd celek. Byl realizov\u00e1n pr\u016fzkum mezi u\u010diteli biologie na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch zam\u011b\u0159en\u00fd na jejich zku\u0161enosti a vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fduky mikrobiologie a integrovan\u00e9 v\u00fduky. V\u00fdsledky tohoto pr\u016fzkumu budou prezentov\u00e1ny v p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku spolu s p\u0159\u00edkladem integrovan\u00e9 \u00falohy, kter\u00e1 by mohla pomoci zlep\u0161it kvalitu a efektivitu v\u00fduky mikrobiologie na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>(2): Contemporary integrated science education tries to combine individual scientific disciplines into one whole, so that students gain a broader perspective and a deeper understanding of natural processes and their interrelationships. The presented project focuses on identifying the potential of integration of individual disciplines, such as biology, chemistry, physics, geography or mathematics, with an emphasis on improving students' critical thinking, metacognitive skills and personal epistemology in the environment of Czech secondary schools. The project includes questionnaire surveys among teachers and students, which ascertains experiences with integrated teaching and its perception in the environment of schools. Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews with teachers, model teaching units will be created, which will be pilot tested in selected schools.<\/p>\n<p>The project further focuses on the possibilities of applying innovative pedagogical approaches, e.g. problem- and project-based learning, inquiry-based learning, flipped classroom approach, argumentation etc., in school practice and will present specific teaching units that are part of the project.
