PhDr. Martin B\u00edlek, Ph.D.<\/em><br>Katedra chemie a didaktiky chemie, Pedagogick\u00e1 fakulta, Univerzita Karlova<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akronym STEM (Science \u2013 Technology \u2013 Engineering \u2013 Mathematics) je v posledn\u00edch letech v oblasti p\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdn\u00e9ho, technick\u00e9ho a matematick\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed velmi frekventovan\u00fdm fenom\u00e9nem. Navzdory st\u00e1le rostouc\u00ed pozornosti, kter\u00e1 mu je v\u011bnov\u00e1na, v\u0161ak chyb\u00ed v tomto p\u0159\u00edstupu jasn\u00e1 koncepce toho, co STEM vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u011b p\u0159edstavuje nebo m\u00e1 p\u0159edstavovat, a jak by m\u011blo b\u00fdt implementov\u00e1no do \u0161koln\u00ed praxe a do p\u0159\u00edpravy u\u010ditel\u016f. I kdy\u017e STEM a STEM vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 zejm\u00e9na ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed politice vzr\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00ed popularitu, existuje mnoho r\u016fzn\u00fdch ot\u00e1zek, kter\u00e9 dosud nejsou dostate\u010dn\u011b zodpov\u011bzeny. Je t\u0159eba se zam\u00fd\u0161let nad jeho p\u016fvodem a t\u00edm, co za n\u00edm stoj\u00ed, analyzovat jeho v\u00fdchodiska v odborn\u00e9 literatu\u0159e a podn\u011bcovat solidn\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 studie, kter\u00e9 by podpo\u0159ily jeho relevanci. Pod hlavi\u010dkou STEM se toti\u017e mohou vyskytovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy, kter\u00e9 bychom cht\u011bli uv\u00e9st do \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed diskuse: STEM jako spole\u010dn\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00edch\/p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch obor\u016f, STEM vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jako spole\u010dn\u00e9 ozna\u010den\u00ed pro vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch oborech (integrovan\u011b nebo separovan\u011b), STEM jako slogan, STEM jako politick\u00e1 agenda, STEM jako p\u0159\u00edstup k v\u00fduce a dal\u0161\u00ed.
