The fourth conference dedicated to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education is organized by the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. Its aim is to bring together lower and upper secondary school teachers, as well as national and international academic experts in STEM fields and in the education of teachers of related disciplines, to exchange experiences and engage in discussions on theoretical foundations, organizational approaches, and the expected outcomes of implementing STEM education principles into lower and upper secondary school curricula and into the preparation of future teachers of related subjects.
The two-day conference will take place on November 26–27, 2026, at the Faculty of Education of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, specifically in the buildings located at Dukelská 9 and Jeronýmova 10 (map).
The conference fee is CZK 1,500.
The official conference languages are Czech and English.
Important dates
- From April 27 – registration opens (see Registration)
- By October 31 – submission of contributions: paper (15+5 minutes), workshop (90 minutes), or poster, by sending an abstract (800–1,500 characters, excluding spaces)
- November 26 – conference opening
- November 27 – conference closing
